These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the 96M platform accessible via the website 96m.social and all subdomains or related services operated by 96M ("Platform").

By accessing, registering, or using our Platform in any way, you ("User" or "Member") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you are not permitted to use our Platform.

96M reserves the right to modify, improve or replace these terms at any time. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to learn of any changes. Continued use after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

To be eligible to use the 96M platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Be resident in a jurisdiction that permits online gambling
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be a person who has self-excluded from gambling
• Not be a person listed on a Responsible Lending register
• Register in your own name and not on behalf of a third party

96M reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close the account of any user found not to meet these eligibility requirements. Any winnings obtained while age verification is incomplete may be forfeited.

3.1 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to register one (1) account on the 96M platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration
• The registered name must match the name on a valid identity document
• One email address and phone number may only be used for one account
• You are responsible for updating your account information should any changes occur

3.2 Password Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 96M will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including 96M staff
• Use a strong password with a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on public devices
• Immediately notify 96M if you suspect unauthorised access

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

96M reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. The Know Your Customer (KYC) process may require you to submit copies of identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be delayed until the KYC process is complete.

4.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods supported by 96M. You may only deposit funds from an account or card registered in your own name.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply depending on the chosen payment method
• Deposits are typically processed immediately or within 30 minutes
• 96M is not responsible for delays caused by third parties or banks
• Any suspicious deposit attempts will be investigated and may be reported to the authorities

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to completed identity verification.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3 to 24 hours
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply depending on account level
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the user's name
• 96M reserves the right to request additional verification before approving large withdrawals
• Inactive accounts for more than 12 months may be subject to an administrative fee

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

96M fully complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws. Any suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. We reserve the right to freeze accounts and/or confiscate funds suspected of being linked to illegal activities.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to other players
• 96M reserves the right to cancel bonuses in the event of abuse
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stipulated time period
• Bonuses with unfulfilled requirements are not eligible for withdrawal

5.2 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus is only available to new members who register and make their first deposit. Accounts found to be using multiple identities to obtain this bonus will be terminated immediately.

5.3 Ongoing Promotions

Ongoing promotions such as weekly cashback, reload bonuses and birthday promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions stated in each offer. 96M reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games on the 96M platform use a random number generator (RNG) that has been certified by an independent audit body to ensure fair gameplay.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed except for proven technical reasons
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, the result recorded by the 96M server is final
• Bets placed during a network disruption may be cancelled and funds returned
• 96M reserves the right to cancel bets in the event of a technical error or system malfunction
• The use of bots, automation software or any cheating tools is strictly prohibited
• Collusion between players is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination

• Attempting to hack, modify or disrupt the functionality of the platform
• Using the platform for money laundering or terrorism financing activities
• Sharing account information with third parties for commercial gain
• Exploiting technical errors or unintended opportunities in games

Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and appropriate legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 96M, its directors, officers, employees, agents and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other lost opportunities
• Damages arising from unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• The conduct of any third party on the platform
• Any interruption or termination of the platform, whether intentional or not
• Errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects or delays in operation or transmission

The 96M Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, whether express or implied. 96M does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or viruses.

10.1 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, all outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be settled or the relevant bonus will be cancelled. Valid balances will be returned to you once all checks are complete.

10.2 Termination by 96M

96M reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any part of these terms and conditions
• You provide false or misleading information during registration
• Your account is involved in fraudulent or money laundering activities
• There is a request from a legal authority
• You are found to be playing from a restricted jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which 96M is licensed. Any disputes arising from or relating to this agreement shall be resolved through the following procedure:

• Disputes shall first be referred to the 96M support team for informal resolution
• If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body
• The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties

Any claim or cause of action you have against 96M must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises, or it will be forever waived.

96M reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of any material changes via email or in-platform notifications.

Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
